Moody Direct Showcase the Fantastic Romaco FrymaKoruma MaxxD Vacuum Processing System at Total on Stand 5150.

At Total Processing & Packaging 2010, Stand 5150, Moody Direct will be showing the impressive Romaco FrymaKoruma MaxxD Lab vacuum processing unit, and the MZ toothed colloid mill which are ‘must see’ at this event.

Romaco FrymaKoruma MaxxD Lab vacuum processing unit is suitable for the production of emulsions and suspensions for the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and food industries.

It is used for recipe and process development, as well as small-scale manufacturing. The process parameters for this machine are fully reproducible at larger scale, meaning that the unit is suitable for the scaling up of a process. Equipped with a high performance rotor-stator homogeniser, the MaxxD unit processes liquid and dry ingredients by inducting them under vacuum directly into the homogeniser where they are rapidly mixed resulting in very short batch times.

The MZ toothed colloid mill is
suitable for the wet milling of fluids and high-viscosity suspensions and emulsions in the food, chemical, healthcare and personal care sectors. An adjustable milling gap between rotor and stator ensures optimal milling for each product down to particle sizes of 100 microns or less.
