Optima Group at the ‘Total’ Show in Birmingham
Schwaebisch Hall. At the Total Processing & Packaging exhibition, Optima Group (Schwaebisch Hall) will exhibit three machines from three different sectors: OPTIMA FC2 is a modular system for automated dosing of dry products into rigid containers. The servo-controlled machine is perfectly adaptable to the product being filled. It enables defining movements of acceleration and deceleration and storing them as recipe parameters, as an example. The freely adjustable product compaction (shaking/vibration) and a closed, dust-free filling process are additionally helpful and practice-relevant features. To optimize product protection, weighing precision and dosing speed, Optima offers the user, leading gravimetric and volumetric dosing systems in a complete package. The machine comes with a central control.
From the comprehensive pharmaceutical machine program of Optima Group, a machine for the automated processing of nested syringes in small series will be on display. INOVA SV122 fills and closes prefilled syringes into tubs. The continuously moving rotary pistons carry out a high-precision dosing process within a format range of max. 50 ml. This very compact machine also convinces by outstanding output in a two-lane version. If required, the INOVA SV122 can be upgraded by installing isolator technology and vacuum application for the filling and plugging processes.
Innovative, yet already proven: With its ImmuCoat, MEDICON offers a modular solution for immuno-assay coatings: The line is a modular system that meets this sensitive sector’s demanding quality and regulatory requirements. The line processes all micro-well formats, strips, and individual wells. Unique feature: The machine’s basic modules are easily integrated by a “Plug-and-Play” system. This, on the one hand, allows almost unlimited scaling of the line’s capacity, and on the other hand, adjustment of the functional scopes requires very little effort. From loading and unloading to short and long-term incubation, all process stations required for the coating process are available. Medicon is a company of the Optima Group.
