Our Range of VCI Papers & laminates give premium protection. They have the following excitnig metal protection properties:
Prevent corrosion of ferrous and a range of non ferrous metals and dispense with expensive anti-rust coatings.
VCI papers with various complex high strength laminates of tailored for end use application.
Emits harmless anti-corrosive vapours that will fill the packaged headspace.
These vapours are adsorbed onto the metal surfaces forming an invisible and temporary protective film.
The film remains on the metal surface until the packaging is opened, when it then evaporates, leaving behind a clean blemish-free surface.
Functional chemicals tailored for specific end uses with both non-nitrite and nitrite.
Concentration of vapours in the enclosed atmosphere is progressively topped up, thus giving continuous protection.
SUPERDRY:VCI™ formulations pass rigorous tests for corrosion inhibition and conforms to the initial vapour activity requirement of the American Military Specification MIL 2073 ID passing both the contact corrosivity test and the Vapour Inhibiting Ability (VIA) test.

To be unveiled for the first time in the UK, at the forth coming Total show (25th -27th May 2010) at NEC in Birmingham; (STAND 5015); Omas will be showing their automatic foil sealing machine as well as a range of semi automatic filling and capping machines. The Whirlwind is an innovative System for clearing, cleaning and drying processing pipework during batch change-over and maintenance requirements.
Using carefully controlled vortex airflow technology in a four phase cycle, the system offers many operational and environmental benefits; and is suitable for application across a number of industry sectors.
The four phase cycle:
Phase 1 - laminar airflow introduced into the pipework for initial line clearing and product recovery
Phase 2 - the whirlwind airflow is introduced to clear and recover remaining product
Phase 3 - water droplets are introduced into the whirlwind and the combination clean the inner surface of the pipework
Phase 4 - the whirlwind airflow which can be warmed if needed dries the inner suface ready for re-use

The table top LeakPointer is the smallest of the PBI-Dansensor range of on- and off-line leak testers for modified atmosphere packages where CO2 is a part of the gas mix.
The LeakPointer will quickly and easily discover seal integrity problems on all types of modfied atmosphere packages with a minimum of 10% CO2 in the gas mix.

PBI-Dansensor's LeakMatic - a non-destructive leak detection system enabling testing of up to 100% of production.
A compact on-line leak system, which gives the possibility of detecting packages in complete shipping cartons. By using the CO2 already available in the MAP packages as trace gas, it is possible to test all packages shortly after they have left the packaging machine.
This test method is of course non-destructive and furthermore it is possible to test 4-6 shipping cartons per minute. |

The PBI-Dansensor MAP Mix series is based on a proportional gas mixing principle especially designed for packaging machines and other industrial applications where the gases carbon dioxide, oxygen and the inert gases nitrogen and argon are used either in a 2-gas or 3-gas combination.
The mixing principle of the MAP Mix series is very unique and can be used for all types of packaging machines, e.g. flow packaging machines and gas vacuum packaging machines.
The PBI-Dansensor gas mixer is very user-friendly with high accuracy - also under conditions usually causing problems for the repeatability of most other mixers. The mixer features detection of a too low gas inlet pressure with an alarm relay output to the external control.
