| This video shows our multihead weighing machine weighing cherris in to plastic trays. This particular video is of Lincolnshire company J.O. Sims cherry line, the system comprises of a feeder and elevator, 14 head combination weigher, indexing conveyor, tray de-nesting unit and auto feeder to an existing flow-wrap machine. Sims wanted a line that would handle the product carefully, increase their output and at the same time reduce the staffing levels on the line. All this was achieved and the line is now running at over 60 trays/minute, 7 days/week. |
