For high accuracy full wrapround labelling of cylindrical straight sided containers
The system is designed to operate as an independent unit by a single operator or be part of an automated production line. Options include in-feed and out-feed tables for automatic production, containers are placed on the in-feed table and automatically fed along the conveyor to the TRI-ROLLER labelling unit and out put onto the out-feed table to be packed.
Can be upgraded to apply front or front & back labels if the same size in register to an existing tamper evident label or print design, choice of in line coders including hot foil, thermal transfer or CIJ available.

| Description |
The AL120S / AL200S Series Front/Back system is designed to meet the requirements for 2 sided labelling.
The AL120S / AL200S Series Front/Back unit is equipped with a chain aligner system for product orientation of oval shaped containers ensuring correct positioning of the containers before the label/s are applied. The container after orientation is held under the head gripper to ensure perfect labelling, the head gripper is mounted on a vertical stainless steel spindles for easy adjustment when needed.
Can be upgraded to included a tamper evident labelling head, choice of in line coders including hot foil, thermal transfer or CIJ available, plus in-feed and out-feed tables.

These systems incorporate a built in thermal transfer print engine capable of printing directly onto any paper or plastic label. Typically capable of printing labels with a standard 205dpi or 305dpi print head the systems are used for carton labelling, ingredient labelling and where information changes on a regular basis. |
