They are ideal for protecting medical device, pharmaceutical, food and industrial contents.
They are designed to extend product shelf life, and can be manufactured to conform to UK and US Defence standards.
They are available in a range of formats to suit end user requirements including pouches, bags, roll-stock, box and drum liners.
Pouch and bags options include: flat, stand up, gusseted, easy open, re-usable zip locks, and can be supplied either plain or printed up to 11 colours.
They can be combined with our range of desiccant plastics to provide a total solution for the prevention of moisture vapour damage. See our SuperdryFoil range for more information.

SUPERDRY:VCI™ ANTI –CORROSION PROTECTION
Our Range of VCI Papers & laminates give premium protection. They have the following excitnig metal protection properties:
Prevent corrosion of ferrous and a range of non ferrous metals and dispense with expensive anti-rust coatings.
VCI papers with various complex high strength laminates of tailored for end use application.
Emits harmless anti-corrosive vapours that will fill the packaged headspace.
These vapours are adsorbed onto the metal surfaces forming an invisible and temporary protective film.
The film remains on the metal surface until the packaging is opened, when it then evaporates, leaving behind a clean blemish-free surface.
Functional chemicals tailored for specific end uses with both non-nitrite and nitrite.
Concentration of vapours in the enclosed atmosphere is progressively topped up, thus giving continuous protection.
SUPERDRY:VCI™ formulations pass rigorous tests for corrosion inhibition and conforms to the initial vapour activity requirement of the American Military Specification MIL 2073 ID passing both the contact corrosivity test and the Vapour Inhibiting Ability (VIA) test.
