Axomatic Tubes Filling and Closing Machines can be fitted with more than 25 optional devices and fully customized to satisfy each request in Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical, Chemical and Food Industry.
Thanks to the experience of our engineers, Axomatic technical department is able to study special applications for filling of jars, dispenser, mascara, syringes and special products such as two-colours and three-colours tooth paste, glues and silicons.
AXOMIX series of Undervacuum Mixer Homogenizers has a wide range from 5 Lt. to 3.000 Lt. with the possibility to offer many optionals according to the Customer’s requirements. Axomix series is available with turbine driven from the top or from the bottom, with double turbine and product recirculation, geometry of turbine on customer choice.
Moreover, Axomatic offers complete packaging lines with cartoning machines at continuous or intermittent motion.

OMAS in partnership in the UK with Excel Packaging Machinery Ltd. are manufacturers of filling and capping machinery from semi automatic to fully automatic filling lines. They are proud to announce their move to a purpose built 6000 square metre factory in Milan. Their new factory which as well as enlarging their production and assembling plants offers customers the peace of mind of one company supply for full line turnkey projects.
To be unveiled for the first time in the UK, at the forth coming Total show (25th -27th May 2010) at NEC in Birmingham; (STAND 5015); Omas will be showing their automatic foil sealing machine as well as a range of semi automatic filling and capping machines. The highlight of their stand with Excel will be the Omas G250 Monobloc filling and capping machine designed for speeds up to 100 a minute filling able to fill both liquids and powders.
